In the event of credit payouts, the wording on the A4 invoice was not expedient. Credit payouts can take place as part of a return or a voucher payout.
In these cases, the wording "services rendered" was removed from the invoice header. In addition, there is a separate text placeholder in case the payout was made via "bank transfer". You can then decide for yourself how the wording should be phrased, for example to appropriately structure the payment term (within 3 business days).
