Number deposit function comprehensively renewed

We have fundamentally revised our deposit function based on numerous user feedback. The most important change is that employees can now make deposits on today's date instead of on the date of the future appointment.

There are now two options:

• Deposit on today's date: An open deposit voucher is created that can be redeemed at the next appointment. No new transaction is opened; the deposit is settled directly with the current appointment.
• Deposit on a future date: The amount is received today and a new transaction is created to record the cash receipt.

New is that in both cases the deposit is now also sent to the card terminal. Furthermore, a receipt is printed for the deposit.
