For transfer to the tax consulting firm, there is a new export format based on the DATEV XML interface online, specification V5.0.
Invoices and expense receipts are now included directly in the export – no longer as a reference to an external URL. This way, the tax consulting firm receives all receipts in one package and does not depend on a link being accessible at the time of processing.
The new format is also more compact than the previous one, which makes it easier to transfer longer periods.
Independently of this, the receipt retrieval link is now also included in the regular DATEV export, so that the tax consulting firm can more easily verify individual facts.
