The "Follow-up time" function has been expanded to include a preparation time and is now called "Preparation and follow-up times".

The order of already linked additional services within a service can now be adjusted via drag & drop.

If some employees need more time than others for certain work steps, you can define exception times in Belbo. However, there were problems when the exception time extended or shortened a step that also blocked a resource or 2 employees in parallel. This issue has been fixed. In addition, customer-specific exception times have been optimized so that only one exception time can be stored here for work steps that run in parallel.

From now on, there is a sub-item "Sales" for product and service groups. This gives you an overview of the sales of a product group, sorted by calendar years.

If you add detailed information to your services, this will now also be displayed in confirmation and reminder emails.

You can make numerous settings for your services. We have now organized these more clearly and summarized all settings that are important for online booking in one tab.

Room and equipment management couldn't be simpler! With one click, you can see the available rooms for your services. With another, you enable the use of the room for the service.
