The "Follow-up time" function has been expanded to include a preparation time and is now called "Preparation and follow-up times".
The preparation time blocks a defined number of minutes before the actual appointment for the employee or device – invisible to the customer. This leaves enough room for preparation without affecting the customer's booking experience.
