In the step of creating deposits, you can activate the option "Request deposit" and verify the customer's email address. The customer will then receive an email requesting them to pay the entered amount online. Your stored online payment options come into play here.
After payment, the customer receives a customized email from you in which you can store your payment and cancellation terms.
