The annual view of vouchers has been significantly revised. In addition to the redemption rate, it is now possible to filter by voucher type and thus easily and accurately analyze how many remaining values from which years are still outstanding.

Discounts can now be limited to specific days of the week and employees.

From now on, you can define price variants in your voucher shop that customers can choose from. This means you no longer have to create a voucher for each price level, but can create them as individual prices.

If you have sold a voucher through your online shop, you will now receive a confirmation email.

Previously at Belbo, you could store a general voucher layout and use many functions to place information about the voucher on a print template. Individual vouchers could only be provided with a placeholder. What's new is that you can now link vouchers directly to a complete voucher layout and place all placeholders. To do this, you can create new templates in the voucher layouts and link the voucher layout to be used in the voucher itself.

You sell promotional vouchers with a limited expiration date? In the current update, voucher templates can be stored with a specific duration that can potentially be less than 3 years. New in this area is also that you can print the voucher expiration date on your voucher template & position it freely.

In the voucher module, during voucher selection and in the completed checkout process, it is now more clearly displayed whether it is a value voucher (sales upon redemption) or service voucher (sales upon sale). This allows you to better understand why certain transactions do not count towards sales.

Discount codes can now also be created so that customers can redeem them in the gift certificate shop. Corresponding discounts or gift certificates are listed separately in the discount list.

Vouchers can now be printed and downloaded with multiple layouts. This allows you, for example, to print vouchers sold on-site directly onto a pre-printed voucher set, while at the same time using finished voucher PDFs in the voucher shop.

You can now disable the voucher or discount code input in online booking.
