The customer survey is proving very popular and we have received a lot of feedback. We have made a number of improvements as a result.
- Survey points can now be administered and moved more easily.
- The connection between customer file tab & name of the survey point removed: You can now simply enter a name for the survey point.
- Arbitrarily long introductory texts can be defined, which is useful when an information text is to be displayed during the customer survey.
- There is also a new "Compact view" option in the display of the customer survey, which displays all questions from a customer file tab on one page.
- A device that is already in use is now blocked from conducting a new customer survey. This is to avoid a "survey backlog" that leads to errors and causes customers to fill out the wrong survey.
