Automatic refund of deposits for appointment cancellations with online payment

As of now, refunds for a cancellation can optionally be processed automatically.
Please note that a sufficient coverage amount must remain in your account for this.

Requirements for automatic payout

The automatic refund currently works (as of November 3, 2025) only if no cancellation fee is stored.
For the function to be activated, the following conditions must currently be met:

• The invoice has not yet been collected, meaning automatic invoicing is active.
• A 0% cancellation fee applies in the cancellation terms.
• The customer cancelled the appointment themselves online.
