Previously, Voice Agents could only book appointments via the API if the "Booking without registration" option was enabled in the account. If this was disabled, booking via the classic method was not possible.
From now on: If a booking source of type "VoiceAgent: XY" is specified via the API, appointments can be booked regardless of this setting – even if registration is mandatory for regular customers.
This creates the technical foundation for integrating AI-powered telephone hotlines that can independently and seamlessly accept appointments.
