In the past, previously created count protocols, which logically belonged to a daily closing, were not carried over to a new version of the daily closing. With the latest update, this changes: Now the most recently created count protocol is automatically integrated into the updated version of the daily closing.

The Bon logo is now also used on the A4 invoices of your cash register system. It appears in the top right of the invoice PDF.

Tax advisors can see the new "Annual Financial Statement" button in their tax advisor login via the Tax Office function. Here all financial data is prepared for review: In particular, vouchers, transfers and service packages receive detailed information here for reconciliation of the annual financial statement.

If your POS system has a payment method "Invoice" or "Transfer" active, you will receive an improved overview in the Cash -> Closures -> Payment Overview section showing when and whether the transfer was settled. You can store a date for each payment that represents the receipt of funds. This is especially important for the annual closing to determine how many payments are still outstanding.

You can now export the status of your service packages in the same way as vouchers. For the annual closing, you typically need to export the status at the beginning and end of the year so that your tax advisor can review your accounting.

The order system now offers the possibility of not only taking into account "all" overdue products or the overdue products of a specific manufacturer when creating automatic orders, but also multiple manufacturers.

The "Simplified Revenue Overview" option makes it easier to display the total revenue figure in the daily closing. In doing so, all posting rules are ignored and only the options "Voucher sales count towards total revenue" and "Subscription sales count towards total revenue" are applied. This results in the breakdown of revenues being displayed one below the other on the right side of the daily closing overview, so it is no longer necessary to search for the components of total revenue.

The merchandise management function contains a new tab "Duplicates" that allows you to list products with an identical barcode. Using this function, users can easily delete products that have had no inventory movements and are therefore safe to delete.

Gift certificate sales will generally no longer be credited towards bonus programs.

The new placeholder %RUECKGELDGESAMT% for the total change amount in the receipt design allows you to customize your receipt design even more precisely to meet your individual requirements.
