With call tracking, you can see both incoming and outgoing calls directly in your calendar. You can set whether outgoing and incoming calls are displayed or hide specific numbers.
For example, if there are phones used in the office that are not used for customer contact, these numbers can be excluded from the display. This already applied to incoming calls, and now also to outgoing calls.
