In the appointment detail window, we made two minor but targeted changes. We would like to explain why we made these.
1. Color selection now behind "Change Color"
The color selection is no longer permanently visible, but is now located behind the "Change Color" button.
Our goal: The appointment detail window should primarily provide a quick and clear appointment view. While some of you use colors intensively – our data shows that color changes are only made in a very small proportion of window openings.
The new solution provides better clarity and is especially a great advantage on mobile devices: Previously, the color selection took up a disproportionate amount of space and attention there.
2. New position for the "Cash Out" button
The "Cash Out" button has been moved to the bottom right corner of the window – much more prominent than before.
The reason: In its previous position, the button was frequently overlooked by new users. The new placement provides better visibility and more intuitive operation. In one of the next updates, the button will be completely removed from the old location.
We know that such changes can require some adjustment, especially for long-time users. Nevertheless, we are convinced: These adaptations are necessary to optimally align the interface with modern usage habits and devices.
